Wooden Leg Cobra Stand: Allows placement of abalone shell for safety and during practice

How to  burn sage /palo santo wood sticks:

Open windows and doors to release old negative energy. Don’t forget to keep your intentions strong in your mind’s eye while smudging.

Light the sage or wood with a lighter or match.

Hold the stick downward at a 45-degree angle.

Let the stick burn for 30 seconds.

Blow out the flame. Place the stick in a heatproof dish (or abalone shell) to let it burn.

Move through the space spreading the smoke in all corners, across all doors, closets, and hallways. If you are smudging yourself or a person, allow the sage to rest in the abalone shell or heatproof bowl as it burns, and move the bowl both around the body as well as from head to toe.

Meditate, pray and speak over the things that you wanted to focus on (your intention).
